Balance Your Hormones, Improve Your Health

I'm doing this for all the ladies who may be struggling with a similar situation! I have talked to SO many of my friends who have been suffering like I have, and I wanted to try this product so I could report back if I thought it could help others too.
I'm going to backtrack a little bit so you can learn a little bit more about how I ended up where I am today. Then I'll get into what I am doing, and how it could possibly work for you too.
So back in October of 2021, we had our third daughter, Linnea. It's been 9 months of fun, love, and craziness with our three girls! A few months ago, I decided to start researching brands of supplements to help regulate my hormones, help with weight loss, my complexion, hair, and nails.
To get a little personal, I have always had a heavier period with horrible cramping. The OBGYN would always say birth control helps with those problems. It helped through my early twenties, but once I started having kids in my late twenties, my period got heavier and cramping got worse. Add to that a dash of mood swings and horrible anger and other symptoms, one could probably say I was a strong candidate for PMDD.
But now that I have begun my spiritual journey with the reiki, I wanted to find a more "holistic option" so to speak. I didn't want to rely on prescription medication to help me through this. I knew there had to be other options out there. And if I'm being completely honest, I don't need a birth control pill because I got my tubes tied after having my third child.
After looking through multiple brands, I discovered Obvi. They had a supplement bundle that piqued my interest, the 'Look Good Feel Good Bundle'.
Now I would like to preface this by saying I am very skeptical of a lot of proteins, supplements, etc. because the price can be VERY high, and often times they never really helped me. But there was something about this product that really attracted me to it. The colorful packaging? Sure, it's really pretty. But I hadn't really come across a supplement bundle like this - one that included a fat burner with collagen, and a nighttime supplement and daytime supplement which are supposed to help regulate your mood and hormones.
I sat with this bundle in the cart for probably a good month, because I wanted to read more reviews and really look into it to see if it was what I was looking for. I finally ended up buying it because it really did have great reviews.
I didn't take the full recommended dose right away. I thought I would start slow and eventually work up to taking the full dose of each supplement by month 3 or 4 if I need to boost it.
I am two months into taking these supplements, and I couldn't be more amazed at the results!
I'm going to list everything I have experienced to make it a little easier to read:
- more energy each day (I don't have to rely on my horrible energy drink habit)
- a significant drop in mood swings leading up to, during, and after my period
- SO SO SO much less intense cramping during my period
- slightly lighter bleeding - this will take some more time to really take note of a difference, but I noticed my period lasted a little longer than usual, but the bleeding had slightly decreased.
- I don't get as much acne. I typically get acne a week or so before getting my period, and I noticed a significant reduction in how much I get now
- I have noticed a change in my appetite, I don't get as hungry all the time and I don't want to snack out of boredom
- I have maybe lost a pound or two, but I would need to continue to take notes on this as I continue to use these supplements because it's too soon to determine if the weight loss is attributed to the supplements.
Overall, I couldn't be happier with the results! My main goal was to help regulate my hormone levels to start, and it amazes me that I was able to start seeing a difference within a month or two.
Now, of course, everyone is different, so results will vary. But please discuss this with your doctor before starting any supplements such as Obvi. You want to make sure it's right for you and that it won't react with any of your medications if you are taking anything.
